We offer post-launch support exclusively for systems we designed and delivered. This is not classic “maintenance” nor taking over third-party systems — it is a limited stabilization phase after production launch.

when it makes sense

  • an early-stage business does not yet have an internal tech team
  • you want a safe transition through the first weeks after launch
  • you need a reaction buffer for critical production issues

principles

  • applies only to systems delivered by rocketdeploy
  • time-limited (defined individually)
  • availability during defined business hours
  • response to critical errors and production issues
  • no 24/7 coverage and no classic SLA model
  • goal: stabilization and preparation for handover to the client’s team

Details such as scope, hours and response times are defined during deployment, once the system characteristics and real risk profile are known.

what we do not do

  • we do not take over maintenance of third-party systems
  • we do not act as a permanent external IT department
  • we do not provide 24/7 on-call support
